Born and raised in Seattle, Redman
moved to Tucson to open Vila Thai Cuisine
with his beautiful wife of 12 years. He Learned the in's and out's
of gourmet Thai cuisine from his mother in law and by working in
the family restaurants in Seattle. Redman's plan is to open "V"
Fine Thai Cuisine in Tucson in the near future. Showcasing a finer
Thai dining experience complete with fresh seafood and high quality
steak entrees. In his off time he enjoys spending time at home with
his wife and three dogs. The 17 year old Shuunka, Kola
the love dog and the newest member of the family "poncho", once know
as "bobcat".
He also enjoys performing in his band "Chief
Sealth" of which he is the lead singer.
