DINNER MENU

Soups
Chicken or Tofu 9.25 Shrimp 10.25

Beef Noodle Soup: Rice noodles in our seasoned beef broth, served with fresh herbs and sprouts. 9.25

Tom Yum: Traditional Thai style hot and sour soup with mushrooms, lime leaf, lemon grass and lime juice.

Tom Ka: Same as Tom Yum Recipe except this soup adds coconut Milk. add noodles for $1

Curry Noodle Soup: Rice noodles in our tangy curry broth, served with bean sprouts and fresh herbs .

Salads

Crystal Noodle Salad: Mong Bean noodles tossed with Prawns, cashew nuts, red onions, mint, cilantro, and lime juice. Served on organic baby greens. 10.25

Papaya Salad: Shredded green papaya, shrimp, tomatoes mixed w/lime juice. Served on organic baby greens with cucumbers 9.25

Mango Salad: Prawns, mango, red onions, and lime juice. Served on organic baby greens 10.25

Crying Tiger: Seared Tenderloin sliced and tossed in a lime chili vinaigrette, red onions, mint, and cilantro. Served on organic baby greens with cucumbers and tomatoes 10.25

Larb Gai (chicken Salad): Ground chicken breast tossed with house dressing, fresh mint, cilantro and red onions. Served on organic baby greens with cucumbers 10.25

Pad Thai Noodle: Rice noodles, green onions, bean sprouts in a tamarind sauce. Served with peanuts and a slice of lime. The most popular Thai dish in the world!

Kee Meo Noodles* (drunken noodles): Wide noodles with Thai basil, egg, bamboo shoots, onions, squash, red bell peppers and carrots.

Pad Seew Noodles: Wide rice noodles with Chinese broccoli and egg in a sweet garlic sauce.

Curry Noodles*: Vermicelli noodles sautéed with carrots, squash, snow peas and mushrooms, then seared in are special curry sauce.

Beef Panang: Tenderloin sliced thin and simmered in our creamy panang curry with red bell peppers, Chinese broccoli and Thai basil.

Stir Fry

Dave’s Asparagus*: Sautéed asparagus with carrots, onions, spinach and mushrooms in our spicy soybean sauce.

Basil Beef: Tenderloin sliced thin and sautéed with basil, onions, carrots, mushrooms, and snow peas.

Golden Cashew Chicken*: onions, carrots, snow peas, mushrooms, squash and cashew nuts in our spicy special sauce

Ginger Garden: Fresh sliced ginger seared in hot oil and stir fried with onions, carrots, broccoli and mushrooms.

Showering Rama: chicken on a bed of sautéed spinach topped with peanut sauce.

Garlic Delight:: sautéed with fresh garlic, onions, carrots, squash and mushrooms.

Hot Summer *: bamboo shoots, onions, carrots, squash, bell peppers, mushrooms and basil in red curry paste sauce.

Eggplant Dream: Eggplant in a ginger basil sauce with onions, carrots, bamboo shoots, squash and mushrooms.

Mushroom Lovers: A variety of mushrooms stir fried with basil, onions, carrots, squash and snow peas.

Walters fried rice: White or brown rice with mixed vegetables. - 9.25 Add pineapple for 1.00
