Our Chef Bennie Lavine made fantastic Laab
Gai served with organic bib lettuce, along with edamame
beans marinated in peanut sauce. The Thai wine, which is exclusively
serve at Vila Thai Cuisine paired beautifully
with the appetizers. This was the first time for all of our
clients to taste Thai wine, and we are proud to be the only
restaurant in town to provide Thai Wine. The evening was divine,
with appearances from our regular clients and the press. Thanks
to all of my team, in particular Bennie Lavine, David
McGuiggan, Meily Mendez, and the entire staff. |
